Decent cafe food! Good portions and pricing. Friendly service. Staff were accommodating and allowed us to swap items that we didn’t eat for the big breakfast. Taro latte was delicious. Seats available inside and outside.

The Wilkes in Artarmon is a true local gem. From the moment you walk in, the welcoming atmosphere and warm, attentive staff make you feel right at home. The food is consistently excellent — dishes like the breakfast burger, granola, or hash benedict are both generous and beautifully presented. The coffee is top‐notch, too, making it perfect for a relaxed morning or brunch. Add in a handy location (just by Artarmon Station), great vibe and fair prices, and you’ve got a café worth returning to again and again. Highly recommended!

Great cafe situated right near the entrance of the train station. The place had a great vibe, the food was great too with a wide variety and good taste. Definitely worth a visit if looking for brekkie or brunch in Artarmon.

We went here on Christmas Day and had the most lovely brunch! All the food is excellent and yet really affordable. Fantastic brunch fare. I was surprised that the eggs Benedict came with a good slice of fresh salmon! Would really recommend the pork spring rolls and homemade hash brown too. Meals were around $19 which is really reasonable for the portion and quality.

We were on our way to Newcastle and stopped at this cafe for breakfast. The staff were very friendly, and the food was great. We tried the pancakes and the croissant with salmon, both tasted good. The pancakes seemed microwaved rather than freshly made on the stove, and there were fewer fruits on top than expected. However, the hot chocolate was really nice and comforting

Absolutely incredible. The service was outstanding and the soft shell crab pasta was so beautifully done not the mention the coffee was perfect. I saw lots of locals and the staff members greeting very single persons with smiles and a hello when entering the cafe first thing. the table service was lovely and fast. As chef myself the pasta was lovely. Such generous serving size and beautifully cooked. I couldn’t remember this place more

A very pleasant surprise in Artarmon. The food here was very good. We had 3 meals and each of us commented how tasty and well prepared they were. The cafe is cosy, staff attentive and prices fair. We will be back.
